Automatic Single Side Crimping Twisting Machine

1. Thanks to the screw shifting and rotating arm take-up mechanism, the optional take-up conveyor belt can be installed without any modification.
2. The four-wheel feeding mechanism ensures the accuracy and stability of the feeding. The automatic telescopic tube can automatically extend when the blade is opened to accurately position the wire into the translation clip, it greatly improves the stability of the entire equipment.
3. This machine comes standard with a 30mm stroke Chinese OTP mold bayonet. It can also be modified to 40mm stroke European or Korean mold bayonet according to customer needs.
4. This machine is equipped with 3 sets of straighteners to ensure the straightness of the wire as much as possible, which is beneficial to improve the quality of the product and to improve the stability of the equipment.
5. Color LCD touch screen operation system, the parameters are intuitive and easy to understand, you can quickly get started without any experience.
6. This machine has a program memory function which can store the processing parameters of different wires in different program numbers, it is convenient for quickly calling out parameters when replacing wires.
