Introduction:
This machine is specially designed for riveting wires; riveting by pressing, connecting wires, instead of traditional soldering methods, without the shortcomings of cold welding, air welding and air pollution. It is the most simple and effective way to pass various safety specifications test (UL, JIS). Humanized design, easy to operate.
Copper strip terminal is processed by special grain, which has strong endurance and stable quality after riveting.
Special continuous copper belt terminal is adopted. Material is cut, formed and pressed once, and no waste is produced quickly, which saves cost.
Equipped with straight/bending die base for connecting different products.
Scope of application: Connection of neon lamp with resistance, connection of wire and wire, connection of sliding switch with wire, connection of high temperature heater, connection of heat sensitive element (such as magnetic spring switch, constant temperature fuse).
